Shipping

LYVRITE builds all products to order in our facility in CHINA. Once payment is received, most orders PREPARED within 3 business days. We ship to all locations within the United States. Shipping times depend on your location.Free shipping only covers regular ground shipping to locations in the contiguous United States.We can also ship to any country worldwide, but at the same time, we need to charge a certain shipping fee.The amount of shipping fee will be determined based on the logistics option you choose.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. All returns require an RGA Request Form. The RGA Request form must be acquired by contacting LYVRTIE@gmail.com directly. All returns require proof of purchase and must be returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition. We reserve the right to request a photo of the product prior to return. An RGA must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. 

No returns after 30 days are permitted.

*Please take your time and extra care packaging returns. Any damage that occurs upon return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to withhold the cost of damage and repairs.


Exchanges

We are happy to assist you with exchanges. The fastest way to do an exchange and ensure you get what you want is to go ahead and place a new order while you wait for your return to be processed.  Request an RGA from our Customer Support team and send the return back to us.  We will cover the cost of return shipping during the first exchange. After that, the customer is responsible for any future shipping costs. To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team.
